Return Policy
At Scout Racks, LLC we are committed to providing high-quality custom products designed specifically for your vehicle. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Incorrect Order Fulfillment: If you receive an item different from what was ordered.
- Damage During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products customized to specific vehicle specifications.
- Items that show signs of installation, use, or modification.
- Damage caused by improper installation or use outside the intended purpose.
Return Process
Email us at orders@scutracks.com within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage. Any damage during return shipping will be at buyer expense.
Inspection & Returns
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees, within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible.
Warranty
Our products are backed by a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
